It is with much regret that Grandmaster In Hyuk Suh and all members of the WKSA announce the sad passing of School Owner and colleague Sa Bum Nim Kim Francis of Framlingham, Suffolk, U.K.
Kuk Sa Nim has posthumously promoted her to the rank of 4th Dahn (SBN).

SBN Kim has been a dedicated practitioner of Kuk Sool Won for many years, and she has been a great asset to the organization of Kuk Sool Won in the United Kingdom. Her unswerving support behind the scenes has been recognized on many occasions. Kim's great inner strength and determination has seen her through many difficulties. A fine lady, with the greatest personality.
